I would never use a local estate agent again to sell my property, not just because of the cost saving but also because we had total control of the marketing of the property. I did change the marketing details and photo's part way through as we wanted to come from a slightly different angle but it was so easy to do and there is always somebody available to give you advise. Not only did they achieve a good price for our property they always kept us informed through the whole process. I was concerned part way through because they changed our premier negotiator but I shouldn't have been, the new negotiator was up to speed on our file and it made no difference whatsoever in the quality of service. You may feel apprehensive at first because it is such a new concept but there is no need to, we did it and with great success. Thank you to Aimee Edward (premier negotiator) and housenetwork for selling our property we will definitely be using you again.
