Miss Rose & Mr booker
I used house network and was absolutely delighted. They called me back every time I left a message and were really helpful every step of the way, even when my house had sold they still kept in touch updating me and calling the estate agents etc. I would definitely recommend house network, they are so much better than purple bricks, I had both companies out to value my house. House network valued my house £5,000 more than purple bricks and I got the asking price, absolutely over the moon and saved a fortune too .

An excellent alternative
Our negotiator, Kassandra, was excellent and the sale went flawlessly. It is a superb alternative to the high street estate agents and made a big difference not having to pay the expensive high street fees.

Fantastic service
Great service from start to finish. Always kept in the loop with the progress of the sale. Never had to chase anyone up it was always done on time and ALL phone calls answered quickly and queries dealt with within hours I did pay to have professional photographs taken, I used Home Refined and for the small fee was well worth it Will definately use again

Fantastic value for money and excellent professional service
Very professional at all times, much better photos than the local high street agents took. Always were quick to respond to questions or viewers requests. We were so disappointed when we used the high street agents with their lack of care and attention and personal service when trying to sell our property. When we went with house network we were sceptical how good they could be with only charging such a small fee compared to the high street agents. But were so pleasantly surprised how good they were with every aspect of selling our home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Better than a high street agent! Smooth and simple process
Our vendor utilised the services of House Network and throughout the buying process I found that they communicated more frequently than my own agents! I utilised a high street estate agency for the sale of my own property and paid a substantial amount of money for a service that was not as good as that received from house network. The process from start to finish was efficient, smooth and not at all as stressful as I was initially expecting. I would actively recommend the use of their services.

Cheap, quick and effective - would recommend to all
Why would anyone choose a high street estate agent when House Network provide the same service from the comfort of your own home for a fraction of the price. It was great to have so much control over my online advertisement but with House Network's professional eye overseeing the final version.

Easy process
I used housenetwork to sell my home they were very professional and easy to use I sold my house after two viewings and the whole process was simple and easy housenetwork sent me regular updates and emails keeping me in the loop about what was happening and made the whole transaction stress free I'd definitely use them again

Amazing people, Amazing price!
House Network were amazing people to trust your house sale with and exceptional value for money. Right from the start, took brilliant photos and sold our house in 3days with two offers for the full asking price too. Very informative and knowledgeable throughout. Lois in particular was brilliant. I saved £3000 (based on 1.5% agent commission)
House Network made the sale of my property very easy and stress-free; I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I recommend House Network for the convenience and speed of uploading documents, availability of staff and efficient service at such reasonable and affordable cost. House Network have sold 2 houses for me now with outstanding service each time; I would not consider using any other estate agent.

Brilliant service!
The house network were professional and helpful from the very beginning. There were no "hard sell" tactics which we experienced from other estate agents (even once we had already marketed). The valuation answered a lot of our questions and once we had marketed the property we had ongoing support from our personal adviser Lois who also assisted in helping the sale progress right up until completion. Fantastic service and I couldn't recommend it more!
