THEY KEPT ME INFORMED ON EVERY VIEWING AND EVENTUAL SALE OF MY PROPERTY WHICH IS SADLY LACKING IN MANY HIGH STREET AGENTS. I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THEM TO ALL MY NEIGHBOURS AND FRIENDS SHOULD THEY DECIDE TO SELL THEIR HOUSES.. MANY THANKS TO ALL THE SALES TEAM FOR A GREAT JOB DONE CHERYL

Fast, efficient and great value!
Excellent service. My property sold within 2 weeks and any enquiries I had were answered quickly. Viewings were organized efficiently and great communication. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I achieved a better price than I imagined for my property for a fraction of traditional estate agents prices!

House Network - excellent service start to finish!!
We deliberated long & hard over using an online estate agent to sell our property and decided in the end that the substantial savings made it worthwhile, at least for the first month and then we would review matters. We had several viewers in the first 3 days and sold the property within this period at more than our asking price!! We were of course delighted with the service provided and the sale price achieved, but most important has been the ongoing service received after the sale was agreed. Given this was a fixed price service I did fear that following the sale the ongoing service to completion would be a little disappointing, given House networks fee was already paid and there was no gain for them to follow things up. I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case and they would frequently chase the sale up with all parties. They always responded to the enquiries I raised via their online ticket / message system and often resolved problems the same day, either way a response was always received within hours. Over all I could not fault the service and I have saved about £1,500 in fees as well.. Thanks House Network!!!

Surpassed all expectations
Absolutely superb service and attention to detail from start to finish. I'll admit I was a sceptic when I first considered using an online agent but felt that at £699 it was worth a try. The reality is you've exceeded my expectations by far and delivered a level of professional service which no traditional estate agent could possibly match. Add to that the saving of at least £8000 in fees and you'll understand why I'm a delighted client who will never go the traditional route again. Thank you.

A fantastic service everyone should use
The sale of my property went as smoothly as possible and the agents at House Network made sure this was the case and were very professional throughout the process. The photographs made our house look amazing and we had loads of viewings within the first week. Communication was so easy and if I had a query someone would either deal with it straight away or call back within a short time. They chased the buyer and solicitors when asked and fed back to me immediately. For what you pay a high street agent this is no comparison and I would say a much better service.

Excellent
We were recommended to house network by our friend. So happy that we was. We were with a high st estate agents before and I had 2 viewings in six weeks. With house network I had six viewings in the first week and the we had our offer the following week. Exceptional service. Easy to get in touch with if needed and they email you weekly to keep you updated with everything that is going on. And the best thing is the money we saved by using them versus high st estate agent. Would highly recommend house network. We saved £7830 (based on 1.5% agent commission)

First and only choice for an estate agent
First class service. Easy to manage online great communication. Would highly recommend housenetwork. Nothing too much trouble for their customer service. Will never use a high street estate agent again.

I saved £4598 with housenetwork
I sold my house through housenetwork and I saved £4598! It was simple! The agents were great and I could phone any time with queries and they were happy to talk to me about my concerns! Friendly and fantastic staff! I'm so glad I used housenetwork to sell my property! I got much more than I anticipated on the sale too! If your considering selling your property I would highly recommend housenetwork!
