We would highly recommend using House Network as your online estate agent as their service was impeccable from enquiry to post sale stage. You could call the office and any agent on the team was up-to-date with your sale and were most knowledgable and helpful. Added to this their pricing is highly competitive and value for money.

Brilliant service

House Network were selling a property we were really interested in. I contacted them and they explained how the viewing process worked. They took my details and contacted the vendor. Within 20 minutes a viewing was arranged. We made an offer on the property and House Network contacted me to explain the process. The following day our offer had been accepted. House Network contacted me regularly to keep me up to date with the progress of the purchase. I was very impressed with the service received from House Network and would definitely recommend them.

The service I received from housenet was second to none, I am also selling another property through the 'traditional' method, and I have to say housenetwork delivered a far better service and value for money, saving me £4350!! Move with the times guys!!

Highly Recommended

Excellent service when it came to arranging viewings. Having used high street estate agents to purchase a property ourselves, it has sometimes taken days to arrange a viewing. There are no such issues when using House Network and it's great to be able to access the service 7 days a week. Using House Network also meant a considerable saving when compared to a high street agent's fees - £5250 based on 1.5% commission.

I would not normally give feedback to a company, though the service I received from house network was nothing short of amazing. The support at every level was fantastic, it would be a deal at double the price. The flat rate they charge makes this a total no-brainer. I would most definitely use them again, and I cannot recommend them strongly enough. I really do not know how it could have been better, even the sign on the house was put up and updated so fast and the chap that came to value the house.
