Impressed !

From the moment we decided to sell our house through House Network, we were not disappointed. Not only is it fantastic value for money, you genuinely get input into how your house is presented to the market and you also have the freedom to speak with them and amend anything that you feel might help. The pictures that were taken and provided to us were of a very high standard and we genuinely believe that this helped in generating a large amount of interest. Once the viewings started pouring in, the advisors were on hand to ensure that only those in a genuine position to buy were afforded a viewing. Thankfully our house sold very quickly and one of the upsides to paying a flat fee was that we never felt that we were being pressurised into accepting any particular offer. It therefore afforded us an opportunity to hold a sensible discussion based on the strength of each offer and House Network were a great source of advice throughout. Lois Gocking in particular was very efficient and effective in all of our dealings and we are grateful for all of her help.
