High St Agents are now irrelevant

had always used a traditional High Street Estate Agent for sellling properties in the past so the idea of using an online agency like House Network was something that completely new to me and I only took the plunge after an associate sold his house through House Network and was delighted how much cash he had saved. Using House Network was a dream - their offices were staffed 24 hours a day so, I could change the pictures of my property any time that I cared and to top it all their negotiators were top class and completely professional in their dealings with me, potential buyers and solicitors. In my opinion House Network have worked hard for their money - just several hundred quid that it cost me- while I have saved many, many times that. Thanks again.
