I'm a property sourcing agent based in Wirral and buy, refurb and manage properties on behalf of lots of investors all over the UK and Europe. I work incredibly closely with the teams in Karl Tatler at both the Prenton and the Wallasey Branch as well as the sales progressors based in Heswall. I really enjoy doing the viewings and negotiations with both branches, the staff are fun, friendly and knowledgeable. Out of all of the estate agents on the Wirral I work with KT the most as they have the most properties to sell so I have bought many properties off them over the last year and have about 4 sales going through at the moment. I can highly recommend this agency as they understand the business very well, they understand the way I work and support me as a sourcing agent and support my clients throughout the sales process. Selling our house through Karl Tatler’s was effortless!! The team were fantastic throughout.. The professional and personal approach was exemplary. Particular mention goes to Joe Pollard who took the stress and worry from selling a house into a quick and seamless transaction! With the property market booming at the moment it would be easy to get carried away and think you could sell your house quickly and for a huge price with little effort. It’s not that simple. The team here where brilliant from day 1 and provided open and honest advice and walked me through what would be a realistic price to sell if I wanted a quick sale. Their valuation was fair and comparative with others and pitched for a quick sale. As it was an older empty property that needed some TLC, Joe pointed out some things I could do to increase the appeal that wouldn’t break the bank. All in all the service and advice was top notch and I would highly recommend Tatlers.

From the 1st phone call to arrange a valuation, the service has been brilliant. Ed came out the following day to value the property. Then the next day Josh came out to take the pictures and measure up. Amy has always been on the end of the phone keeping us updated, within the space of a week we have accepted an offer on our property, can't recommend highly enough so far.

Birkenhead & Wirral branches. From the beginning the viewing agents had a good grasp of the kind of property and area I would be interested in and were always polite and helpful. With great communication when arranging viewings for me. As a whole all of the staff have been extremely helpful including Lesley who did the follow up of the sale. I would highly recommend Karl Tatler, I unfortunately sold my house with Yopa (basically they're a DIY service) but fortunately I bought my new house with Karl Tatler and liaised with the most wonderful Christine Billington. Christine kept me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile for everyone involved in the sale. I am vey impressed with the service at Karl Tatler. Having met Joe at the property, he was professional and honest and I really liked his strategy for the sale of the property.
