I have had my house up for sale for 5 weeks and already accepted an offer. The team within the Prenton office are friendly, professional and always happy to answer any questions. I have previously used other estate agents for residential sales/ letting agreements would definitely return to Karl Tatler in the future. I have only given 4 stars as I can only comment on the last 5 weeks. Will update and amend once the sale is complete. So far very impressed.

I have registered with many estate agents over the past year and I can honestly say that Karl Tatler have been the most attentive. In particular I would single out James who has been so proactive, contacting me as and when he thought something might suit my requirements and listening to my needs. He is certainly a great asset to the Company. I would also like to thank the various long suffering staff who carried out numerous viewings with me.
