With the property market booming at the moment it would be easy to get carried away and think you could sell your house quickly and for a huge price with little effort. It’s not that simple. The team here where brilliant from day 1 and provided open and honest advice and walked me through what would be a realistic price to sell if I wanted a quick sale. Their valuation was fair and comparative with others and pitched for a quick sale. As it was an older empty property that needed some TLC, Joe pointed out some things I could do to increase the appeal that wouldn’t break the bank. All in all the service and advice was top notch and I would highly recommend Tatlers.

Then the next day Josh came out to take the pictures and measure up. Amy has always been on the end of the phone keeping us updated, within the space of a week we have accepted an offer on our property, can't recommend highly enough so far.
