Really poor customer service. Spend far too much time having to chase for them updates on offers I have put in. One offer was rejected, but they didn’t bother contacting me to let me know. Also a really poor knowledge of the property

Just drove all the way from Manchester to view a house in Wirral, only to be told by the owner has covid, the owners told the agent this and the agent didn’t bother to tell us, me and one of my sons booked annual leave for today’s viewing, poor service, will avoid anything to do with them in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Had a house viewing for 10am this morning. Had to arrange time off work to attend. When we got there, the house had a 'Let Agreed' sign, which no-one had told us about. We waited 15 minutes just incase it was a mistake but nobody turned up. Very disappointing that they couldn't even give us a courtesy call to let us know. Have since found out off a friend that she seen the Let Agreed sign at Saturday lunchtime so plenty of time to have given us a call. Very unprofessional.
Very dishonest and untrustworthy. I have found staff unhelpful and lack knowledge. Best to use another estate agent if selling on Wirral.
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing,staff dont keep each other updated,had better updates from a nursery!!!
