Karl Tatler Estate Agents - Prenton

Swapped toTatler after a disappointing experience trying to sell with another agent. The service was so much more professional, from the initial valuation through to the post sale agreed period, where Diane was brilliant. Highly recommended.

The Prenton office team are highly professional, organised and communicative. Selling our property has been complicated due to external factors so the speed and efficiency of the sales negotiators has been invaluable - appointments have been easy to arrange and the agent conducting viewings was both personable and insightful.

We are selling my Grandmother’s house with Karl Tatler. Madeline has been very helpful throughout the whole process, and we have felt that it been a smooth as it could be. Great service!

The whole process that Karl Tatler use has been seamless from the moment that we walked in, the photos, the top class support of taking buyers around and the stream of potential buyers. Highly recommended.

The Agent Amy Smith has been excepional. Very responsible and highly reccomended.

Excellent from the start, right up to the very end, with Lesley. Wouldn't sell with anybody else.

Christine was always great to speak with and was supportive throughout the process.

Very informative meeting regarding marketing a property.

Good knowledgeable staff
