Karl Tatler Estate Agents - Prenton

Thanks very much to Ed and Amy at the Prenton office for all their help in finding a buyer for my house. Great service and I appreciated the regular updates.

Very professional and a great help with the house buying process. Very good communication from the team throughout.

Great estate agents providing a very professional service from start to finish. The whole process of selling our property was really smooth and highly organised. Ashleigh deserves a special mention for being so helpful and prompt in her response to any and all queries. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from Amy and the staff at Karl Tatler, I really recommend using them for any house move as they have made the experience as very positive one.

Joe and everyone at the team have been great with my family and I over a number of years. Really helpful and give me geniune confidence that they are doing the best they can for us. That covers buying and selling as well as all the other things associated with a house move.

Fantastic service - within 2 weeks I have an agreed sale. Thank you to both Ashleigh & Ed for excellent service and being available when I called your office.

The team at the Prenton Office were brilliant. They were friendly, polite and most helpful. They kept us up to date with all that was going on with the sale of the property. We would definitely recommend

The team at Karl Tatler have been brilliant at every step of the way for the sale of our house. Massive thanks to Joe and Christine in particular, who have instilled us with so much confidence throughout the process and answered promptly all of our many questions. They simplified the process for us and kept us updated with regular contact which meant the whole process went smoothly and was enjoyable. The team have been a pleasure to deal with and we’ll be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you so much for all your help!

I can't rate the staff at Karl Tatler highly enough. I have viewed a good few houses though this agent and whether it's the office agents who arrange viewings, to those who carry out the viewings, they are always efficient, polite, professional and most of all, friendly. As a service provider, they are definitely at the top of their game in Wirral. .
