I received very good service from Karl Tatler Estate Agents. I found them to be very professional and effective, all questions were readily and promptly answered and nothing was too much trouble. In my case, the family home was sold after the death of my Father, so it was a very emotional journey which was also taken into consideration by the Team, as they always had a sympathetic ear.at the ready. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Karl Tatler for the sale of their property.

High hopes, due to reputation of the company. Unfortunately, the interactions with the staff from the Prenton branch were not great from the beginning. From initial queries regarding the property not being answered (as soon as offer was accepted) by the Sales & letting negotiator, I then passed this feedback to the lady who did the second viewing who advised they would get the branch manager to contact me, which never happened. Due to concerns about the purchase, and following a badly written/bit insensitive email by the Sales Progressor , when a final viewing was arranged the lady who came to let us in, had no idea of the status of the property or who I was, considering I had already had my offer accepted, which I found unprofessional. To conclude, when I went to pick up my keys for my new home, I was handed them (by who I believe was the Prenton branch manager), not in that lovely Karl Tatler box that is advertised, but with the previous homeowners old club cards still attached to them...Disappointing lack of attention to detail and client care, unfortunately.
