The Sales Progression Team, at Karl Tatler, Heswall, were fantastic at keeping us informed of how our sale was progressing negating the need for me to be constantly on the phone to Solicitors etc. It was a long drawn out process which was extremely stressful at times but they kept us focused and informed at all times.
