I am vey impressed with the service at Karl Tatler. Having met Joe at the property, he was professional and honest and I really liked his strategy for the sale of the property. I was allocated Ashleigh to guide me through the viewings and offers. She rang me every day and kept me up-to-date. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I received an offer £5k over the asking price a week later. Just waiting for it all to go through. Thanks guys you have reinstated my faith in Estate Agents!
