Karl Tatler Estate Agents - Prenton

I'm a property sourcing agent based in Wirral and buy, refurb and manage properties on behalf of lots of investors all over the UK and Europe. I work incredibly closely with the teams in Karl Tatler at both the Prenton and the Wallasey Branch as well as the sales progressors based in Heswall. I really enjoy doing the viewings and negotiations with both branches, the staff are fun, friendly and knowledgeable. Out of all of the estate agents on the Wirral I work with KT the most as they have the most properties to sell so I have bought many properties off them over the last year and have about 4 sales going through at the moment. I can highly recommend this agency as they understand the business very well, they understand the way I work and support me as a sourcing agent and support my clients throughout the sales process. These are definitely my go to estate agency on Wirral
