Due to see a rental property today. Travelled by train to Peterborough (£87) Got in taxi (£13.60) to the apartment. Called them to say we were almost outside. Apparently they cancelled the viewing… called this morning?? No missed calls today. No text or email from them to cancel viewing. Travelling with 17 month old toddler and 37 weeks pregnant (they were aware of situation upon requesting apartment viewing) Seriously unprofessional - if you’re cancelling at least directly speak with the person you’ve made an appointment with!!! Thankfully I have another house viewing in an hour so it’s not entirely wasted money. But yuck. Will never consider renting a property from this company now.

Unfortunately, I wasted two days of my holiday waiting for a gas engineer to fix a broken boiler. As it turned out later, the lady from Belvoir in Peterborough had the dates wrong ...
Poor and unpleasant service, logged a fault over week none bothered to even look in to it or even arrange to get fixed, really frustrating having to chase when my rent is paid on time there never had to chase for it. Will be looking else where with a different company now.
Belvoir lettings agency have the worst customer service. If I could zero I would. I have an ongoing issue with a neighbours house and they say they are unable to contact land lord since 11th April. Why not send recorded delivery letter. They promise to ring you back and never do. A total useless company I feel sorry for their tenants.
STAY AWAY!! Extremely poor service throughout my 12 month tenancy - i was not given any of the codes to gas/electric meter and then was asked by staff to supply this info to them once I found out from neighbours. I was not given my mailbox key for over a month because the letting agency had lost it - landlord had to come down and travel out of his way to supply this. The staff had lost their spare key to my flat so asked me to come to their office to give them my key so they could make another copy. WORST OF ALL i was given the wrong fob key for my building so couldn't access my apartment without calling neighbours every day to let me in to the building. Letting agency finally found the fob after a few weeks. and to top it off I was barely even given an apology for any of this - would not recommend!!

First time dealt with this agency. They have double booked viewing for same property which made me and other party feel rather awkward, when mentioned that will be living with children, remark was made even though property profile stated 'children welcome', had to chase (Liam) several times on response to check if I was successful with property chosen to rent, response came after 2 days only and 'let agreed' signed was placed on property for all to see well before long chased response finally came to say different application will be processed. Not impressed at all. Especially in terms of communication.NegativeResponsiveness
