Most disgusting service I've even seen. I was told that they will contact me on the last day of my tenancy contract to arrange property check and key handover. No one contacted! After I contacted them on that day (afternoon time) asking how about ending a contract they said the agent will visit my property later on today. I took a day off just to find out that no-one cares about it. You know what happened next? They charged me a rent for that last day saying that keys handover hasn't been arranged and I vacated the property on that day!!! I gave them a month notice as per contract and two week before that day I called them saying that I vacated the property already and can give them the keys back but they said they can't accept the property before the end of the contract. This is not the end, if you are still with me. They said that dust on the window celling is not acceptable. Dust on the floor is not acceptable. Dead fly on the window frame is not acceptable, imagine that? The property was vacated for two weeks and I left top frame slightly opened as it was very hot summer time - hence why the dust and dead fly body. A month after I had nothing to do with that property I received an email from my energy company with a bill for gas/electricity I used, allegedly, during a week AFTER the end of the contract! I emailed them back asking how it's possible and they said that they received meter readings from Belvoir for that week. I told them that I handed the keys back to agent a week BEFORE and had no access to the property. The energy company apologised and waived the bill. Belvoir - never.
