Below average at best and I wouldn't use them if I had a choice in the matter. The property we moved into is lovely but the processes and staff we dealt with at Belvoir were mostly incompetent and couldn't care any less about tenants less if they tried. I only wrote this review because they sent me a request to do so after finally refunding me the money they owed, which was significantly late and was very challenging to receive back. Wasn't all bad but mostly it felt like I was banging my head against a wall to move a step forward with these guys.

Unfortunately when you move into a property you agree to a notice period; and that notice must be given even if you choose to rent another property through Belvoir Peterborough We tried to help you by speaking to your landlord and negotiate but our attempts were unsuccessful. Impolite behaviour of one of their agents. While I was viewing the property I was interested in, she seemed very impatient and disinterested to answer some questions I had or to show me around. Overall quite bad service.

I am so surprised that Belvoir keep sending me this link to review them when it has just been one disaster after another since I moved in. I just wonder if the landlord knows any of what has happened here. I had only been in for 2 days when I was informed the property was going on the market...9 months later and none of the agents have been able to sell it yet I continue to let them in week after week even whilst I am away at work and time after time something goes wrong or gets broken. Just last week I arrived home after being away 3 weeks and the electricity had magically been switched off... leaving my flat crawling with maggots and flies and freezer full of rotting meat... of course how can I can I prove it was the agents who admitted to being in the flat... after all, myself and them are the only ones on planet earth with keys... keys which were only changed recently... as they had lost the first set after using them for another of the issues that have been ongoing. So, pretty bizarre they keep asking me to review them on here, but as always with Belvoir, I do as I am asked and just remain baffled.

One of worst experiences i had in my life from a estate agent. Poor planning and let's not get into how many mistakes we're made from them.

Avoid This Letting Agency at All Costs! I recently had to move out of a property managed by this letting agency due to several serious issues that I feel obligated to share to warn others. About six months ago, there was a significant leak in the house, which the landlord did come and fix. However, the leak caused severe mold growth on the walls and underneath the carpet. Despite the obvious health and safety risks, especially for someone like me with respiratory issues, the landlord outright refused to address the mold problem. The agency was completely unresponsive when I reached out for assistance, leaving me no choice but to move out to protect my health. When I went to return the keys on the agreed-upon date, Michelle tried to charge me for an extra day, even though it was clearly stated in both the contract and our email communications that the keys were to be returned on the 23rd. Attempting to charge me for the 22nd is nothing short of fraud. Lastly, I requested to be present during the final inspection of the property, as I had serious concerns about the landlord, who has a history of dishonesty and attempting to scam tenants. Despite it being my right to be present, the agency refused my request, further proving their lack of professionalism and transparency. To be mentioned that the agency allowed the landlord access to the property BEFORE the final inspection took place. Them being able to modify the fittings inside the house and cause damage. This agency has demonstrated a complete disregard for tenant rights and legal obligations. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid this agency at all costs.

After 18 years of using Belvoir we have decided not to use them again. Always charged a decent price to find a tenant but now they have charged us the FULL rent for the first month. I know we signed the contact from Spain, but in their contract their minimum is £720.00 including VAT. I thought they would have charged that but NO so goodbye after all those years. Other agents charge far less so why should we continue with one who have NO loyalty towards customers? Now just 'cash cows'!!
