Hard to park at this busy office slightly out of the city centre. Not always quick service
As a tenant pretty mediocre service, generally reply to emails and they respond if there are any major problems. 3 Stars because they don't go above or beyond any expectations that I have.
I rented a flat in may 2015 everything was brilliant untill winter came when mould and damp started to come in the bedroom and behind the front door, I got blamed for it saying there wasn't enough heat in the flat might I add there was no central heating only 2 rubbish heaters and they also said it was my tumble dryer causing it so I got rid of it and of course I struggled to get my clothes dry properly since no sun light came into my flat either!, I threatened the landlord and said I would go to citizens advice if the problem was not resolved so he got a contractor out to look the property who confirmed it wasn't my fault! But because the work that needed carrying out was going to cost a bit he refused to do it and then handed me a section 21 ( eviction notice)!! He has now rented the property again but for an extra £70 a month (£595pcm)which is most definitely not worth it for a really small damp flat!!. But I cannot fault belvoir they were really good and professional I would rent through them again.
Good letting Agency, I have been renting house with them over 2 years
Afraid I can’t recommend letting through Belvoir. Received regular payments from Tenants so no problems in that regard. Property left in poor state - dirty and damaged walls which they said were damaged before tenancy ( not the case ) , wouldn’t recommend Belvoir at all. Communication non existent with letting team. Sarah in accounts very helpful.
Purchase side - very slow with any documents need , but finally completed. Letting side- very misleading t&c where Belvoir will dont mention any extra charges, then once you sign agreement somehow charges “arrive”. Two stars are for Purchase side, Zero for letting side. Will be reported to ARLA and Property Ombudsman.
Could be much more helpful & professional.
I wouldn't recommend to rent a property from them. I have rented a couple of properties from them, but the last experience was awful. (Nothing about the property just the agents) Having Rosie as my property manager I was really disappointed, when it came to money and fees she always knew how to get me. But whenever there was a fault in something, or whenever I tried to contact her about any enquiries I was always ignored, I was lucky IF she ever got back to me in 2 weeks, after I've sent her multiple emails about the same thing, and plus I had to call the office and raise that I have been continuously ignored, even then I was sent from a person to person, and in the end answer was - Rosie will get back to you when available. Not impressed, a bit disappointed.
