The agency left my 62 year old mother with Arthritis to go without a boiler for nearly a month in the middle of winter. Since it's replacement have followed up on several property repairs without any result when they were raised over four months ago.

I gave details on a property that I was interested in renting. I was told my details would be put forward to the landlord. As much as I appreciate it is a jackpot if you are accepted or not I am still waiting a week after the property has been taken to be told that I was not successful. This is the second time. I still look forward to my response to be told which I know I won’t receive. Lesson learnt.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Hello Dale, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us whilst we were managing your property. We have investigated this for you and the final inspection was carried out by a Property Manager who is no longer with the Company. However, it appears that entry to this property was made difficult by the Tenants, even for Routine Inspections which alludes to why this may have been not picked up sooner. The deposit refund had already been agreed before we could gather proof that a dog had been in the premises after you had reported it to us. As a Managing Agent, there are certain procedures and Tenant's Rights we have to abide by and in this case, it was too late to bring the Tenant up on a potential breach of their Tenancy Agreement. We wish you all the best in the future with your property.

Initially were very good a few years ago. Lately absolutely terrible. 1. They did not inspections for months on end. Only when we had a leak was the property inspected after I made a point of this. By this time it was too late. Ceiling collapsed and left with a big repair bill. 2.. Tenant contacted them re the above but late action on their part meant damage was done. 3. Not an active agent even though fee is paid. Our rooms have been not filled and therefore am resorting to changing agent. I tried to discuss this with them and was advised by Michelle I would receive a call back but none received. i hope my feedback helps other landlords when deciding on which company to choose. No company is perfect but I have had a very bad experience in the last 6 months with belvoir peterborough.NegativeResponsiveness

If I could put less than 1

If I could put less than 1 star I would! Telling me I can't access my own electricity meter but wont give me my meter reading which means I have now been charged an obscene amount due to their incompetence, things have broken and have been promised to be fixed, yet I've had nothing but cancellations from them and months on problems still have not been fixed. I paid a huge amount in agency fees and they have caused nothing but stress and problems

I have had a bad experience with them. I am paying for an expensive property which has faults. the roofs are dripping like a shower and they would not care about customer but only the rent. No support at as only property owner seems to be a customer and not the tenent. If u deal with them and end up in a situation, god help u.
