Sale of 13 Spinney Hill
We chose Curchods to look after the sale of our property as we were looking for a team who were able to understand our needs and get the right kind of buyer and someone who also knew the area well. The team at Otterhaw were brilliant from start to finish and were really enthusiastic about our property, which I think helped get us get the offers we did. They were very helpful during the negotiation period and got us an offer we were happy with. and they went above and beyond their duty and did things that other estate agents in our chain should have done, e.g. keeping my vendor up to date who had nothing to do with Curchods. There were some difficult moments and Grant Letts in particular was excellent in dealing with things that were potential show stoppers and that just shows the level of experience he has. We definitely chose the best option considering how many Churchods sold signs we see in the area compare to other estate agents. Excellent professional service throughout the process and a job well done. Our sale was pretty much stress free.

A Professional and friendly team.
We had several complications in selling our Guildford property but the team at Curchods went out of their way to make our sale completed smoothly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them, especially Johnathon and Henry who were so professional yet kind and friendly.

Hardworking dedicated team of professionals
Curchods managed the sale of my property during a difficult housing market and the backdrop of Brexit. I received support from the start, in marketing my home The viewing process was hassle free as the agents took care of all the appointments and viewings. Once an offer was received, my contact Brad, followed up on a regular basis to ensure the sale proceeded, and when difficulties were experienced with solicitors, buyers and long chains, he was there to chase all the parties on my behalf. I highly recommend this agent

Purchase

Very good Buyers experience
We have exchanged recently on a property from Curchods - Ottershaw. Brad was our agent and he was was excellent at giving us regular updates and progress reports. There were a couple of problems during the process however Brad worked hard to resolve the issues and keep everything on track. He was professional at all times. If he was unavailable his colleague Kate ensured that the communication continued. Whenever we had a question or query both the team were good at coming with suggestions and recommendations. From a buyers perspective this Curchods team are very good.

Excellent professionalism and communication

Loving our new home
Curchods have been so helpful in helping us sell our house and buy the one we had our hearts set on. They were realistic in their evaluation of our one to sell and gave us honest feedback from viewers. They were polite, friendly and we had regular contact with them throughout the buying, selling process. We are certainly not planning on moving again, as we are head over heels in love with our new home, however we would strongly recommend Curchods to anyone looking to move in the future.

Fantastic service and really nice people
We had been looking for a project house for over 12 months and had dealings with Churchods Ottershaw on and off during that period. Sadly we didn't buy from them but we were so impressed with their attitude and attention to detail that we decided to market our property with them. Their marketing was great and they sold our property within a week to the first viewers. They really take time to know their customers, a rare occurrence in my experience.
