We have undergone an extensive search to find our new home and experienced many estate agents along the way. Curchods Ottershaw have been accommodating, prompt and highly professional throughout the process. You can't really ask for more as a buyer. Jason and Jonathan are a cut above many I could name & shame from other local agents.

Very good service from valuation to sale. All the people in Curchods were professional very helpful. Also having Chris as a sales progress chaser was excellent and kept everyone in the chain informed.

Phill and Jonathan at Curchods handled the sale of my house. The sale took around 6 months to complete due to covid. They handled a very difficult buyer, keeping him as calm as possible throughout. I highly recommend them as a very proactive and professional team

We purchased a house through Curchods in Ottershaw and Jonathan was our contact. He was fantastic from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble - our only criticism was that we hadn't used him to sell our house, as his service was head and shoulders above the agent we used. Curchods, in particular Jonathan, are best estate agents we have used or had contact with in a long time.

We recently acquired a property via Curchods Ottershaw and though we had some quirks during the process, we can't fault the service we received throughout. Jonathan was our main contact, and he's been very professional, responsive, helpful, transparent and personable. Always available to answer our questions and very proactive as well with regular updates, information and communication between the seller and us which made things easier. Worth noting that he also has a great sense of humour and I think it's much needed in situations like buying a house, which can be quite stressful as it is. Thank you again Jonathan for everything and all the best!
