I really wish I could rate this team higher than a 5. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our purchase went smoothly. Phill made sure we were informed at every stage of what was happening and made our move happen before christmas. I have never dealt with such a proffesional team who cares so much about their job and to help you at the same time. Well done guys. I would recommend everyone to use curchods for their outstanding customer service and dedication to selling/buying your property. They have given me my dream home so may not need to use them again for a long time but bravo. This is what you call outstanding service

We recently acquired a property via Curchods Ottershaw and though we had some quirks during the process, we can't fault the service we received throughout. Jonathan was our main contact, and he's been very professional, responsive, helpful, transparent and personable. Always available to answer our questions and very proactive as well with regular updates, information and communication between the seller and us which made things easier. Worth noting that he also has a great sense of humour and I think it's much needed in situations like buying a house, which can be quite stressful as it is. The branch in Ottershaw who dealt with my sale, were very helpful, knowledgeable about market values for our area, and always followed up with proper advice from viewings. They gave me excellent service, and provided me with a great deal of comfort and understanding of my particular circumstances. The sale went through, for me, in a straightforward manner and the solicitors, they advised me to use, were also excellent and competitive. The charge for the service was competitive with other agents in the area. I would most definitely recommend this branch.

Dealing with Curchods on our recent house purchase was fantastic. We dealt with Sarah initially in the Ottershaw branch, who after we missed out on one house suggested another that fitted our brief. We fell in love with it immediately following a viewing with Phill - and every step of the way they were extremely responsive and informative. He was fantastic from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble - our only criticism was that we hadn't used him to sell our house, as his service was head and shoulders above the agent we used. From start to finish the team at Curchods Ottershaw have been proactive, friendly, professional and amazingly efficient. They dealt with my elderly Mum with courtesy and compassion through what can only be described as a difficult period for her. I could not recommend them highly enough. We had an excellent experience with Jonathon and his team at Curchods, Ottershaw. We were kept updated after every viewing and Jonathan really did go out of his way for us even though it was such a busy period for him.
