Sam's energy, competence and always positive approach reassured me throughout what is a difficult process. It's difficult because of folk getting unrealistic expectations in what is essentially a methodical, time consuming process. I do not envy the task but Sam with Jonathan brought forth a successful outcome. The staff not directly involved , Phill and Sue, were helpful and friendly, I have no doubt the whole team is professional and competent.
