Our experience with Curchods Ottershaw, and particularly Phill Shortman, has been exceptional. Phill has been the consummate professional, always acting with our best interests at heart (a rarity with estate agents in our experience!). He always kept us up to date with our sale and, recently , purchase too. He was empathetic when we lost out on 2 house purchases because of broken chains, and made it his mission to help find us something else. Great service, always easy to contact, all very professional and friendly. Kept up to date with showing, by phone and email. Virtual tour of house was great well worth the money and house description of house was nicely worded. House sold within 2 weeks, not full price but fair price and more than expected.
