Good team and great service

Kate Brooks held the chain tothether despite the usual shenanigans from some so called professionals. She kept us informed at every stage with almost daily calls and when things got hairy she tightened the screws on the slackers. A great service from a friendly and helpful team and I will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.

Professional, personable, extremely efficient

I don't write reviews that often as am very busy but I think the service provided by Curchods in Ottershaw was fantastic and so I just wanted to pass on my thanks. I know estate agents can sometimes get a name for not caring or providing a poor service and being "all about the money." However, from the start when I looked to put my house on the market I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by this team notably Brad and Grant but really the whole team who I came into contact with (I didn't catch the name of the lady who would always answer the phone unfortunately). I really appreciated the way they frequently kept me up to date on all developments, or even if not much had happened since our last contact. This also meant that it became clear if they were waiting on me to move the process forward so as to avoid unnecessary delay. Not only that but, as I do not live in the area (the property was being let out at the time) they were able to organise viewings with the tenants, collect keys from the letting agents and generally go beyond what I have become accustomed to expect. I am not looking at buying in the area, but if I were to ever buy or sell in future I would have no doubt who I would go to as my agents as I really cannot recommend the service highly enough. Buying/selling a house is always a massive hassle, but I must thank the team for minimising that hassle and providing an excellent service throughout.

The staff at Ottershaw were very tenacious over a long period and it was by no means their fault that the buying and selling process to the best part of nine months.

We found the staff very obliging ,always retuned call when they said they would and very professional in their approach . Working with agents in the past during my working life I have not held them in very high regard but the guys at Curchods Ottershaw are hopefully the agents of the future .

Bradley Pearce has been just amazing, He has been to hell and back again this past few weeks to get my sale through. We have had so many problems thrown at us and he has on my behalf been relentless getting answers from some not so professional people. I can not fault him in any way. We got there and I cant praise him enough. From start to finish Curchods have been so professional and most importantly kept me informed and up to date at all times. Bradley introduced our buyers and I am so happy that a family are buying my family home of 48 years. 100% praise again and again. I have already told everyone I know how great Curchods are. We found the purchase of our new house with Brad at Curchods a very easy process, when we initially wanted to view the property a couple of times, he worked around our timings and on one occasion with very short notice made a viewing possible.. Brad acted on things immediately and when a question needed answering he was on it and came back with the answer/s as quickly as possible. House Sale in Row Town

From the start the service I received was totally professional and a refreshing change from the previous agents we had been with and who had annoyingly wasted some 3 months of our time. The whole team evaluated our house to make sure they completely understood the features it offered and how it would meet the requirements of potential buyers.
