I'd like to say that I had the foresight to use Curchods from the beginning but unfortunately I initially made the poor decision of signing up with a different estate agent who managed the process badly from the beginning. As soon as I was able to get out of the sole agency contract I contacted Curchods and it was the best decision I could have made. A very professional service

A very helpful firm that did their homework on the property, before providing a valuation. On appointing Curchods to handle our sale, all the local office sales team inspected the property to ensure any member was able to do a viewing, and knew the necessary facts. We were regularly updated during the sales process, right up to exchange of contracts.

We chose Curchods to look after the sale of our property as we were looking for a team who were able to understand our needs and get the right kind of buyer and someone who also knew the area well. The team at Otterhaw were brilliant from start to finish and were really enthusiastic about our property, which I think helped get us get the offers we did. They were very helpful during the negotiation period and got us an offer we were happy with. and they went above and beyond their duty and did things that other estate agents in our chain should have done, e.g. keeping my vendor up to date who had nothing to do with Curchods. There were some difficult moments and Grant Letts in particular was excellent in dealing with things that were potential show stoppers and that just shows the level of experience he has. We definitely chose the best option considering how many Churchods sold signs we see in the area compare to other estate agents. Excellent professional service throughout the process and a job well done. Our sale was pretty much stress free.
