Having used local estate agents in the past,I was swayed this time by the local knowledge and professionalism of Curchods. I was not disappointed. Right away from the first meeting with Jonathan, we were both confident that a sale could be achieved. After the first buyer pulled out,Jonathan got back on the case and within a week I had another buyer! The case was handed to Phil,who again,I cannot praise enough,regular updates,and reassurance,made me confident that everything was being done effectively. I do, however, believe that without Phil and the teams persistence, I would not be ready to complete this week. Whoever thinks that Estate Agents do not earn their money these days,then, I would strongly advice you to use Curchods Many thanks Jonathan,Phil,Sarah and Billy
