Very good Buyers experience

We have exchanged recently on a property from Curchods - Ottershaw. Brad was our agent and he was was excellent at giving us regular updates and progress reports. There were a couple of problems during the process however Brad worked hard to resolve the issues and keep everything on track. He was professional at all times. If he was unavailable his colleague Kate ensured that the communication continued. Whenever we had a question or query both the team were good at coming with suggestions and recommendations. From a buyers perspective this Curchods team are very good.

Loving our new home

Curchods have been so helpful in helping us sell our house and buy the one we had our hearts set on. They were realistic in their evaluation of our one to sell and gave us honest feedback from viewers. They were polite, friendly and we had regular contact with them throughout the buying, selling process. We are certainly not planning on moving again, as we are head over heels in love with our new home, however we would strongly recommend Curchods to anyone looking to move in the future.

Fantastic service and really nice people

We had been looking for a project house for over 12 months and had dealings with Churchods Ottershaw on and off during that period. Sadly we didn't buy from them but we were so impressed with their attitude and attention to detail that we decided to market our property with them. Their marketing was great and they sold our property within a week to the first viewers. They really take time to know their customers, a rare occurrence in my experience.

Although the purchase was a long process I was very happy with all the support and information received from Kate Brooks. I felt that she put in a lot of effort to make sure the purchase process ended with a completion . Any information that was relevant to the process was passed on to all parties which made the whole purchase less stressful. Because of the purchase experience and help she gave I would use Curchods again .

Good team and great service

Kate Brooks held the chain tothether despite the usual shenanigans from some so called professionals. She kept us informed at every stage with almost daily calls and when things got hairy she tightened the screws on the slackers. A great service from a friendly and helpful team and I will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.

Professional, personable, extremely efficient

I don't write reviews that often as am very busy but I think the service provided by Curchods in Ottershaw was fantastic and so I just wanted to pass on my thanks. I know estate agents can sometimes get a name for not caring or providing a poor service and being "all about the money." However, from the start when I looked to put my house on the market I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by this team notably Brad and Grant but really the whole team who I came into contact with (I didn't catch the name of the lady who would always answer the phone unfortunately). I really appreciated the way they frequently kept me up to date on all developments, or even if not much had happened since our last contact. This also meant that it became clear if they were waiting on me to move the process forward so as to avoid unnecessary delay. Not only that but, as I do not live in the area (the property was being let out at the time) they were able to organise viewings with the tenants, collect keys from the letting agents and generally go beyond what I have become accustomed to expect. I am not looking at buying in the area, but if I were to ever buy or sell in future I would have no doubt who I would go to as my agents as I really cannot recommend the service highly enough. Buying/selling a house is always a massive hassle, but I must thank the team for minimising that hassle and providing an excellent service throughout.

The staff at Ottershaw were very tenacious over a long period and it was by no means their fault that the buying and selling process to the best part of nine months.

We found the staff very obliging ,always retuned call when they said they would and very professional in their approach . Working with agents in the past during my working life I have not held them in very high regard but the guys at Curchods Ottershaw are hopefully the agents of the future .
