This is the second time we’ve purchased a property through Ferndown Estates, along with selling our first home this time. We cannot recommend these guys enough. We almost gave up on our onward purchase due to some difficulty with the sellers however if it wasn’t for all the team at Ferndown, especially Charlotte, who has the patience of a saint and would always keep us up to date on the progress we wouldn’t be where we are today. Charlotte really is a credit to the team, she is fantastic at what she does and made us feel like we were her only clients. We couldn’t appreciate Ferndown enough for all they did for us. They really do go above and beyond for their customers and should we ever wish to sell/buy in the future we will not hesitate to use Ferndown Estates again! Thank you again.
