Around 6 years ago we bought our first home with Ferndown Estates and had a fantastic experience, so when looking to move home it was a no brainer for us to use Ferndown again to sell and buy. I honestly couldn’t pick a fault with the service we received from start to finish! We had a few bumps in the road with both our sale and purchase and the staff at Ferndown consistently went above and beyond to support and advise us. A special thank you to Charlotte who is one of the most genuine people you will meet. She is always one step ahead and has been such a massive support throughout. If you are looking to buy or sell a property I highly recommend using Ferndown Estates. Their communication and customer service is second to none - you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely brilliant agency. Very personable and reasonable fees. Unlike other large agencies they market at correct price and do not tie you in for a contract thats too long, as they are rightly confident in their ability and pricing strategy. First viewing offered and we completed within 3 months. Thanks so much!

Just want to say how fantastic Ferndown Estates have been throughout the sale of my property. The photos, advertising and Adam (sales manager) was brilliant, as a first time seller, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to Charlotte, post offer acceptance, Charlotte kept me up to date and communicated regularly throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend enough!
