Worked with Charlotte for the most part, she was lovely throughout the whole process and helped settle our nerves and fears multiple times. Every other staff member was just as helpful when working with us and they all made the process easier for all of us. Thank you Ferndown!

The team at Ferndown were really helpful even though they were not acting for me as the purchaser. They followed things up for me with the vendor and were very eager to ensure purchase went through. Charlotte, Enzo, Adam and Brian were all really friendly and i would look at using them in the future if i needed to.
