Whenever you contact them and the person is on another line, your callback is prompt, any questions are answered all along the way and quickly. A very friendly, efficient, professional and effective estate agents. From start to finish I was kept informed and supported through the buying process. What I especially like about Ferndown is how engaging they are with you the buyer from the sales team through to the completion process. Working with Salesman John for the initial viewing and interest to purchase, his guidance was great during the bidding; through to the progress of the sales process with Charlotte who you feel as your interest at heart.
