They all made what is said to be a stressful time pretty seamless. Having not moved in 23 years it was an overwhelming task made super easy by an amazing and experienced team! Ferndown Estates have been absolutely fantastic, they are a credit to their profession. Straight forward Estate Agents no messing around from viewing to completion. We had previously dealt with a couple of Estate Agents but we did not have good experiences. We saw a house they were marketing and contacted them for a viewing. Charlotte took the call who was professional, concise and down to earth at the same time. The journey with Ferndown Estates from then was great. Brian was great at the viewing, gave us so much background to the property. Samantha and Adam then helped with our offer for the property and sealing the deal. Mlak ensured all our documents were in place. Then Charlotte took over, she was fantastic. Kept us up to date on a regular basis with the progression of the sale, communication with the vendors and liaised accordingly with our Solicitor and Mortgage Advisor. Every single employee we crossed path with at Ferndown Estates has been exceptional and we would not got to the end of our journey without them. Excellent service

Great experience from the start even though house sale fell through. Great to meet Ian and Adam at the start to discuss money and all processes then for Adam to do a great job with the pictures. Once house sale going through we were then dealing with a lovely lady called Charlotte. I must say what a pleasure she is to deal with and a big asset to the company. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her always willing to help and very friendly polite and courteous. Have recommended Ferndown to several people and would recommend again in future. Great job even over nearly 12 months we were dealing with them.

I had three agents visit the property and without a doubt Adam impressed me the most, as the agent I wanted to sell the property. I liked his approach, the marketing available and how the initial stage was handled. I also met Ian who was just the same as Adam, in his approach to the sale, very professional and helpful. I then dealt with Chloe who set the matter up re administration, again very efficient and helpful but I must make a point of how well Charlotte continued with the matter. The matter became complicated and the way she dealt with liaising between myself and the buyers, was exceptional and portrayed my wishes to the Buyers and continued to do everything she could to liaise between all parties in a very professional manner, I was very impressed with her. I would also like to add, that she was extremely understanding of my situation and could not do enough to help, to achieve the final goal, of getting this matter through to completion, even though at one point, I thought the matter would go back on the market, but with her experience of liaising managed to get an acceptable solution to both buyer and seller.
