I have been a landlord with Ferndown Estates for a number of years now. Prior to joining Ferndown I had used a number of different letting agents and the service received from those agents was what could only be described as, at best, POOR (hence my regular moving on). The service from Ferdown is spot on : - proper vetting of tenants - regular invoicing / payments - regular, fully documented, property checks - efficient handling of repairs - regular communications - all certifications automatically kept up-to-date without needing to be prompted - very accessible With the imminent introduction of the government reforms of the rental market, Ferndown have proved to be a fountain of knowledge and advice for me. Ferndown now look after all my property rentals. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend 👍
