Recently purchased my first home through Ferndown Estates and the service provided by Alex the agent and Charlotte the sales progresser was second to none. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and any issues raised were dealt with in a professional way and timely manner. It was a pleasure to deal with them both and cannot say thank you enough for getting this sale completed so quickly. Alex also went above and beyond and delivered my keys direct to my workplace on completion day as I was unable to get there during office hours due to work commitments.
