Everyone has been so warm and friendly. Charlotte went above and beyond to help answer any questions and done everything she could to keep things moving and constantly kept us in the loop. We honestly cant thank Charlotte enough, we are so grateful for everything. As first time buyers this was all new to us but Charlotte's knowledge and guidance throughout has really impressed us. We also thought it was a lovely touch to give us a gift box when we collected our keys with some essential items when you first move in. Thank you everyone.
