We were first time buyers purchasing a property through Ferndown Estates in Marston Green and I honestly couldn’t fault them. Charlotte in particular went above and beyond to keep us informed at every stage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

The Ferndown Estates team are an Amazing Family. I had an excellent time From start to finish of my rental process. Being new in the UK with no prior experience to renting a property here, they patiently guided me through the whole process. They're automated processes made this even easier. Ferndowns instantly stood out amongst other Estate Agents when I first approached them to let my property 4years ago. Their attention to detail, professionalism and good communication are the main reasons I chose them and continue to work with them year after year. I struggle to find any fault with the team as a whole! I am always kept up to date with any issues that arise big or small, the team are friendly and approachable and the tenants continually praise their professionalism and open and honest communication. I feel Ferndown Estates really excel at maintaing frequent contact via email and phonecalls, which in turn allows the tenant and I to feel we are in good hands!
