The property that we purchased through Fernedown was a very complicated case and it took a very long time to go through. However, the staff at Fernedown were extremely helpful in supporting myself and my husband throughout the process. They were very through with providing us with updates on the property and were extremely considerate of our concerns. Fernedown provided us with an excellent service and I would 100% recommend them to anyone! If we should ever require estate agents again, we will definitely be using their service.
