Just this week we picked up the keys to our first home throughout the sale ferndown estates have been nothing but helpful. From our first phone call we had a feeling we would end up buying with through this company and we glad we did every phone call and meeting we have had they have been nothing but helpful and amazing ,and constantly kept up to date and informed. Adam showed us around the property and kept in constant touch regarding our offer and then Charlotte handled our purchase and let's say she is amazing soo very helpful with any question I had and I had a fair few as I had no idea what I was doing but Charlotte made it easier and took the time out to chat to me and explained things so I understood. Then going into the branch to pick the keys we instantly felt welcomed by the whole team had lots of congratulations of them and even had a little hamper from!! Guys you have been great Thank you
