Ferndown Estates offers a very professional service. The best customer service that I've seem during my house purchasing journey. Their advertisements have a lot more information than others. The videos are professional. The viewings are pleasant. All their employees are very nice. After my offer accepted, we've got a lot of troubles caused by the chain and the lender (til the last minute!) but Ferndown has guided us through the hard time in a very professional way.
