Butterfly court : main door window broken for almost 3months no updates at all . Called email to Ella few times. Always said will call us back , never ever ! Bells broken for long time again no one come to fixed it or exchange it. Bin room roof leaking rat all the problems for long time. What’s kind of service and ignorance!!!! Even property agent knows that Ringsly did not do any work for this property. I hope the landlord of this building can see what is going on, some one can really sort out all the problems.

I am sorry to hear the delay on the current situation.
The Property Manager has been dealing with the contractor in regards to the front entrance door, initially there was a delay in transport for the glass to be delivered. We were informed that this was scheduled to be replaced a few weeks ago. We were notified at the start of the week that this work was not actually completed, by a resident. I have since spoken to the contractor and am waiting for an update for the repair to be completed.
In regards to the entrance intercom. I have not received any reports of faults of this, please can you confirm your property number so that we can organise for a contractor to attend.
We currently have an ongoing maintenance contractor for the pests, there has not been an increase of issue reported. However this has now been escalated with our contractor to investigate further.
I have also contacted a contractor in regards to the bin room in order to have the roof repaired.
