James was very accommodating throughout. From initial viewings, negotiations and final communications James was always on hand to help. He always got an answer to our queries and responded promptly. Which we really valued.

We recently sold our 2
We recently sold our 2 bedroom flat with Theydons and I was very impressed with the service. James Ball was our main contact and he was absolutely fantastic, getting us the eventual buyer within a day or so of it going on the market. Slow solicitors meant that the process dragged on a little but James was very proactive at every juncture and communicated everything back to us as soon as he heard any news. I would absolutely recommend Theydons to sell your house and especially James.

Great service throughout,
Great service throughout, particularly liked the non aggressive / pushy approach you so often get. Was patient with us throughout a lengthy, challenging sale which paid off in the end. Nice people, good rates, always easy to get hold of and communicated well.

My experience with Theydons
My experience with Theydons was very positive. I found the staff to be very helpful and especially so with giving numbers and contacts for any service staff needed, plumbers, decorators, carpets etc. They made the process of renting out my property a very satisfying experience. I will definitely use Theydons again. Thank you Louise and Carla for all your help!

I rent my flat in South
I rent my flat in South Woodford with Theydons after a terrible experience with Hetheringtons South woodford (avoid at all costs).since I changed everything has run very smoothly and I have had no issues. Would happily recommend Louise and the team.

We have had an excellent
We have had an excellent experience so far renting our house in Leytonstone through Theydons. It has now been rented out about 3 months. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional and easy to work with (but there is only an option to name two staff members in the review). We would highly recommend letting your property with them.
