Theydons were fantastic when it came to responding to any of our emails or phone calls. Everything with moving in to moving out was very thorough and straightforward. The only thing I'd say is that the agency fees were quite hefty when we used them in 2013 Everyone at Theydons has always been very personable though. Always very quick responses when it came to liaising between us and our landlord.
