My partner and I managed to secure a lovely one bed flat with the help of staff including Aneesa and Louise..they made the process very smooth and easy. They were very friendly and polite and kept us in the loop via email or calls at every stage.The customer service was great they were really friendly and understanding of what we needed.More importantly we were able to move within a week of viewing the property which was brilliant!

James was a brilliant help in helping us purchase in South Woodford. He navigated timezones as the owner was based mainly out of the country, he kept us updated and assisted both parties through some tough negotiations and always made himself available even when he was on annual leave during the final crucial stage of exchange. The property we were purchasing required extensive renovation work and he was so flexible in allowing us to visit more than once to take in the scope of the work so we were better prepared upon completion. As first time buyers, the whole process was daunting to say the least, but every single Agent we dealt with put our minds at ease. Theydon's in Leytonstone have managed my property for nearly 6 years now. I've been genuinely impressed (make that surprised) how professional, fair and considerate they have been. Surprised because I'd say 90% of my experience with agents in the past (when buying and selling properties) has been negative. So I had low expectations. They've been great. They have found very good tenants. They give me good advice. They have been very fair on fees and pricing. All round nice people. I don't live in the UK, so it's really important I can rely on them to take all the hassle away. It's nice to be able to write a positive review of Agents. Not something you encounter every day.

Personally a lovely experience. Louise and the team are extremely prepared and they help a lot. I have just struggled a bit with the reference part as rent4sure messed up a bit our information, but this has nothing to do with Louise. I wouls recommend to choose them for your next home!
