I cannot thank all the staff in the letting department for looking after my property in Drayton Road for the last 5 years. I have been working in Dubai and have had an excellent service especially from Theresa in the management department who look after any problems during this time. She is excellent , reliable and efficient. Neil was wonderful and ensured that the rent was paid on time each month. I have moved back into my house and the house was given back all clean and tidy. Thank you all at Theydons!!

Theydons were the estate agents when we bought our house. They were easy to communicate with, reasonably responsive and straight forward to deal with.

Found our first flat through Theydons with my partner. Lovely service especially through these unsettling times. Have had a few issues with the flat, but they seemed keen and helpful to get these issues sorted. Shout out to Aneesa, Anthony and Ashlie for being so helpful throughout.

Bought my flat through Theydons; found the sales team to be professional. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them as a letting agent because they ask for a full year’s fee upfront. This is not standard market practice and does not seem proportionate to their upfront costs. (Another agency only charges £250 upfront; others don’t charge at all).
