Communication with James Gorman, Lettings Manager was efficient and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, communication with Marco was unhelpful and inefficient - Marco failed to return three calls regarding a rental property we had expressed an interest in. Unsure whether to recommend.
