My partner and I managed to secure a lovely one bed flat with the help of staff including Aneesa and Louise..they made the process very smooth and easy. They were very friendly and polite and kept us in the loop via email or calls at every stage.The customer service was great they were really friendly and understanding of what we needed.More importantly we were able to move within a week of viewing the property which was brilliant!

There was no single request she didn't deal with interest and understanding! They have helped our family to find a place to live week or so before Christmas with our baby kitten. We thought it will be a struggle and it will force us to live in a very old run down property. I know how that sounds but it is our first time to look for a property with a pet, and as we have read horrific stories of tenants with pets who were forced to give it for adoption we really thought it will be very lengthy and unpleasant experience. Me and my friends (all professionals under 25) rented a house with Theydon's and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of estate agents tend to take advantage of young people but they were helpful and reasonable throughout. We all got our deposits back and I'm sure you will to as long as you're alright people.
