Very nice and professional people which guided me and my wife thru the process of renting for the first time a property. They were very helpful and understanding with us when we had questions and uncertainties and we totally recommend them. Also, as we had an unforeseen situation on the property and we asked their help in solving it, they promptly answered to our request and the issue has been solved swiftly. Therefore we thank them for the professionalism they proved so far.

We rented with Theydons for a year and was happy with how anything that needed fixing around the flat got done quickly. Was also really pleased to meet Neil at our check-out appointment - after a nightmare landlord in a previous property, I was really nervous about the inspection but Neil could see we'd left it in a good state and made us feel really comfortable and reassured. High professional, proactive

We sold our flat with Theydons in Summer 2018. The service was highly professional, and our agent was proactive, practical and calm throughout. We had quotes from other agents, and they offered a reasonable price for their service which included incentives for them linked to their performance. I would say the experience was pretty much faultless. At all times I was kept informed exactly what was happening. Also any visits with regards to the house I was never needed to do anything. Only delay really was trying to get solicitors to respond.
