We bought our flat through Theydons and experienced a really friendly and helpful service! Buying a property is stressful but the staff here helped to make the process as smooth as possible. James even went above and beyond by hand delivering some important paperwork which we needed to rush through. We would happily work with this agency again.

I can't thank Lauren enough
I can't thank Lauren enough for making those whole process of moving to my new home so easy! Even from the first viewing, she made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed, unlike other agents I've previously dealt with. She is very professional and the most efficient agent I've ever had. Excellent communication, and no matter how small the query, I've felt she's always gone the extra mile to find out the information we have needed, and is always quick to respond! Even after us moving in, she still continues to give us any support that we need. Thankyou Lauren you've made the whole process a breeze :)

Recently sold a 2 bedroom
Recently sold a 2 bedroom flat and James and Jack couldn't have been more helpful!! Always available at the end of the phone, friendly, cheerful and honest! They really listened to us and organised viewings around our availability. Would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

We recently purchased a
We recently purchased a property which was being sold by Theydon's. We found Theydon's to be efficient, helpful and courteous throughout the whole process and would like to make a special mention to James and Jack who were both very helpful. We are very happy in our new home and hope to stay there for a long time but should we ever decide to sell I think Theydon's would be our first choice of agent.

Lauren is absolutely
Lauren is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly helpful and very on the ball, she replies to emails before you've even realised you've sent them. Lauren is very approachable and makes you feel very at ease, she makes the process of moving home exceptionally easy!

Lauren saved us from
Lauren saved us from potentially becoming homeless by coming up with a lovely property after our previous one, with another agent, fell through. She was very friendly and welcoming and showed us around the property at a moments notice.Thank you Lauren :)
