Awful experience with Kettering branch . If you are looking to rent go elsewhere, there are plenty of other estate agents out there . Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Had to chase calls and emails .It was as if dealing with tenants was beneath them. Have had to wait for 5 months to get our deposit back after using the Deposit protection service which was very stressful . Avoid !

Would not recommend this estate agents at all. No respect for tenants , give a time frame of between 9:15am - 18:00pm with 24hrs notice for 6 monthly inspections so you literally have to take the whole day off work as they can come anytime …
