The updates and improvements taking place at Long Row unfortunately took longer than anticipated, as a result you decided not to proceed with the tenancy. As discussed during our email exchanges your holding fee would be refunded, however this would take a few days. Our reference provider does also offer insurance cover, which is optional, we did notify them that you were not proceeding and there was a brief overlap which resulted in the continued calls initially after you decided not to proceed.
