Terrible customer service. We were looking for house and we found one through this agency, everything was ok till we got email saying to pay fees and fill out paper work in next 10min we had a phone call, that we cannot rent the house anymore as they done mistake and actually is rented to somebody else. Nobody tried to help us find new one and nobody even apologized.

Not happy with the services we received from them went to see a property on Tuesday we were really interested we wanted to take the propert she was going to talk to the landlord and let us know she promised us going to give us a call back After 3 days me calling them they come up with the property is rent out is not good enough

we asked for a two year term after previous letting landlord was not vetted on her finance and went bankrupt between Christmas and new year only 5 months in to a tenancy. Poor customer service, will not rent house from this agency

I Trieste to rent an house with them, But they were not professionals. They do not call you back, so it was impossible for me to plan all the necessary stuff. Avoid them!

When renting a property from them they where great! the moment first months rent and deposit came out that was it. If you needed to contact them you couldn't. They would never reply ! When they did decide to reply they where rude even putting the phone down without a goodbye. We decided to move on to a new home with a different letting agency. Gave them the required amount of time and where happy for them to allow people to view the property. NOT HAPPY that without warning would let themselves into our home with random strangers wanting to view the property. Never once had the decency or respect to contact us. Then to top off our wonderful experience when we had found a new property with a different letting agency we had to pay THEM a £30 REFERENCE FEE PER PERSON EACH TIME we wanted another letting agency to do a reference check. When we questioned this they told us this is what they do although never heard of any other letting agency charging this. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS TO BEGIN WITH SO BEWARE

Rented a property through Henderson connellan and I have to say one of the worst experience I've ever had with a letting company, would not recommend, the boiler packed in a took 2 weeks to get it fixed, this was during the beast from the east and all the could say was you have a gas fire and electric shower, I froze for those 2 weeks.
