Dealt with them a few years ago. Absolutely awful. Sent emails and they were not actioned until after I had left the property and was told that I needed to “chase” them up myself. Would definitely not recommend. Once one of the agents even came to the flat without advising me of their visit and was alarmed when they had opened the door and I was there. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid!
