Maintenance issues are reported via FixFlo, this is our online reporting system, which is accessible day or night, we use this to enable full tracking of all issues reported during your tenancy. When giving notice to end a tenancy, at the end of the tenancy period, a tenant is required to give a minimum of one months notice in advance of their next payment date, this is explained and written into your tenancy.
